As part of the opportunity, Mental Health nurses will receive continuous support through a structured development program and preceptorship.

This program aims to provide diverse experiences across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, enabling nurses to enhance their knowledge, skills, and competence in a supportive environment.

The Pre-Registration International Mental Health Nurses will be encouraged to complete Flying Start NHS during their first year.
